Teakworks4u stock items usually ship within 3 to 14 business days. Larger quantity orders of 5 or more may require additional time. The current lead time on custom orders is 4 to 6 weeks from design approval.

For items that are too large to ship through UPS or FedEx, Teakworks4u will work to find the most cost-efficient shipping option available.
Saver Teak Delivery Shipping Options
Teakworks4u offers Saver Shipping on all standard products. Most mats and teak shower seats ship for $17 per item, while ADA benches sized 18"–28" ship for $30 per item. Larger ADA benches and left- or right-handed ADA benches ship for $85.

Products will ship FedEx 3 Day or UPS Ground, typically 3 to 5 day delivery. Custom projects are not eligible for Saver Shipping.
If you need faster delivery, expedited shipping options may be available through specific shipping carriers.
Returns
Teakworks4u accepts returns within a 30-day period, no questions asked. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are issued for the order amount less original shipping charges.
