This Teakworks4u exclusive is a one-of-a-kind fold-down bench that mounts directly to the shower wall. The seat is made of solid Burmese Teak with marine-grade stainless steel hardware. Brackets lock into place yet fold down easily when not in use. Available in two standard sizes or have one made to your specifications.

ADA Compliant L-Shaped Transfer Benches (available in left & right facing)

Picture one of these seats in your bath. Not only do they meet or exceed the specifications set by the ADA for shower seats (when properly installed) but they will give years of use without losing their beauty. Made of the highest quality Burmese Teak these seats have a natural mildew resistance as well as a beautiful patina. Use a light rubbing of Teak Oil about once a year to maintain that fresh from the workshop look.

The battens that comprise the seat measure 1-3/8" wide and feature rounded edges for comfort. They are slightly spaced to allow for water drainage. Radiused corners and edges plus a finely sanded finish complete these beautiful, yet functional seats. Marine grade stainless steel screws, hardware and waterproof glue are used throughout.

Frames, Wall Flanges and Guide Brackets are all made of Type 304 18 gauge stainless steel. Please contact us for specific dimensions.

Small ADA Compliant Rectangular Transfer Bench

This rectangular accessibility seat is ideal for showers and meets or exceeds ADA shower seat specifications. Solid Burmese Teak battens are 1-3/8" wide with rounded edges for comfort and safety. They are spaced slightly to allow for water drainage. The completed seat measures 18" x 18-1/2". Marine grade stainless steel screws, hardware and waterproof glue are used throughout.
