The mounting brackets for our Teak Folding Wall Mount benches are all mounted at 16" on center as you stated. For the 36" Heavy Duty wall mounted bench that would put the brackets 10" in, on each side.

I ordered the PTBF-36WHD folding shower bench and didn’t realize it could be 6 weeks until it ships. I need to get the framing installed for the mounting brackets. I know that the mounting brackets are 16” on center but how far from each edge are the mounting brackets? Do you have a drawing that shows this dimension?
