Unfortunately this bench is not ADA compliant. This is due to two different ways this bench operates. The first being that it folds down and out of the way which requires a person to bend down to lift the bench into place, with the second being that the levers to release the bench each need to be pressed in at the same time. ADA requirements list that a person should be able to operate the bench into the sitting or folding position without bending over, as well as being able to do this with one hand.
