Hello, While we've never fully tested our 30" x 30" Teak Bath or Shower Mat, we've yet to have anyone break a bath mat when properly used (laying directly on the floor). If you plan to place something heavy on the mat, like a cold plunge or a full bathtub, we can always add extra supports to ensure the mat can safely hold the weight. Let us know your needs!
